The food from Baliwag Lechon Manok was one of the tastiest food you can have plus a chance to get a taste of Baliwag delicacies.

This is the second food I've tasted during the Food Tasting event at SM Marilao in 2009.  They gave us Inihaw na Manok, Inihaw na Baboy and Inihaw na Pusit.

The first thing I eat is the Inihaw na Pusit and the only I thing I say is WOW.

The food is very delicious with a combination of onion and sauce. The sauce is also good with a taste of sweet and sour.

The Inihaw na Baboy taste good also because of its crispiness and crunchines

Here's my rating for Baliwag Lechon Manok:


a. Packaging: 7. It comes in the regular serving at malls and probably at their restaurants which can also be found in Metro Manila and kiosks nationwide.

b. Product Cost: 8. Very affordable and well the taste will make you satisfied.

c. Uniqueness: 9. Their lechon manok and their food preparations have a unique taste and blend and it is up for you to try it our.

d. Popularity: 10. Baliwag Lechon Manok is still very popular and it has regained its status as one of the top brands in Luzon today.

e. Brand positioning: 9. The business started way back in the 90's when Lechon Manok was a nationwide trend. It suffered various setbacks but now that the trend is gaining ground again it makes them experience in the field already..

f. Usability: 7. Food if food.

g. Effectiveness: 7. Well if you want pork it naturally contains cholesterol... so you can just order their tasty lechon manok.

h. Product Access: 8. Baliwag Lechon Manok can be found almost anywhere in Luzon including SM Malls.

i. Advertising: 8. Its kiosk uses the sign board with Joey de Leon endorsing them. Good choice.
