I am someone who really loves my country very much. In fact when I first began writing I think about opening and writing for a blog about the country and how the bad notion of "Juan Tamad" and "Juan dela Cruz" can be made better. That is why I started "Pagod Ka Na Bang Maging si Juan?." This is also the reason why I am proud to be given the opportunity to wear a watch that also shows my nationalism and a continues reminder to serve the country.

UnisilverTIME's Makabayan series is definitely my favorite set of watches. Some would say that they are not elegant but not a single watch in this series would be "just a watch." Every watch made and sold by UnisilverTIME are quality watches and I am grateful that I am about to own one of them.

Among all the Makabayan Series watches my choice is Model KW811-1023. It is very simple and shows the sun in the Philippine flag. A sun which symbolizes a new morning, a new hope and a revolution to create a new and better Philippines.

The black and white colors of the watch symbolizes simplicity, a call for every citizen and also for every public official to adhere to. The stainless steel case and strap symbolizes purity of spirit and a bond which will never be broken.

This watch despite a rather cheaper price than other watches in the other series is 100 meters water resistant. Deeper than others, which for me symbolizes a deeper commitment to our country.
